Since there are many different elements in Candy Crush Saga, any two given elements can inevitably appear at the same level. Some elements behave differently when interacting with each other.
A candy frog can remove one slice of cake from each quadrant that it lands next to. Candies blown away by the cake bomb explosion do not feed the frog.
Chocolate can encase a candy frog without destroying it. If a frog is in Frogtastic mode, or it has been fused with a special candy when encased in chocolate it will keep its form when freed from the chocolate. Candy frog can destroy chocolate by landing directly on it after an update. A chocolate-covered frog can naturally appear at the start of later levels.
When a special candy is formed with a candy frog or the candy frog is swapped with a special candy, the frog will adopt the characteristics of the corresponding special candy.
A candy frog can remove one slice of cake from each quadrant that it lands next to. Candies blown away by the cake bomb explosion do not feed the frog.
A magic mixer exploding next to a cake bomb will take one slice of each quadrant. Cake bomb explosions can damage magic mixers and delay them for one turn. Blockers spawned by the magic mixer do not affect cake bombs.
Formerly, a cake bomb explosion would blow away toffee swirls, destroying them completely, regardless of the number of layers they had. This has since been changed, due to a glitch where each toffee swirl blown away by the explosion only counted as one toffee swirl layer towards the toffee swirl order (this could make some levels with toffee swirl orders unwinnable).
A candy frog can damage the magic mixer by landing next to it. The magic mixer can't destroy the candy frog by spawning blockers over it but it can encase the frog in marmalade, licorice locks or chocolate in levels where those blockers can be spawned by the magic mixer.
The jelly fish spawned by bobbers have very high priority over-targeting magic mixers, even though jelly fish can't damage magic mixers due to a glitch. Magic mixer explosions that hit bobbers will make them spawn three jelly fish since a magic mixer explosion is the equivalent of a wrapped candy + wrapped candy combination.
A magic mixer can't replace licorice swirls with other blockers, although it can encase licorice swirls in licorice locks and marmalade. Licorice swirls can be spawned by the magic mixer.
Magic mixers can replace toffee swirls with other blockers and can encase them in marmalade or licorice locks after a recent update. Magic mixers can spawn toffee swirls since June 2019.
Magic mixers can spawn chocolate, even if there's already chocolate on the board and it has been destroyed in the previous turn. Chocolate can be replaced by other blockers (except marmalade and licorice locks) and vice versa, due to the magic mixer.
Magic mixers can spawn dark chocolate, even if there's already dark chocolate on the board and it has been destroyed in the previous turn. Dark chocolate can be replaced by other blockers (except marmalade and licorice locks) and vice versa, due to the magic mixer.

Outcome(s) of the elements interacting with each other
Magic mixers can spawn dark chocolate, even if there's already dark chocolate on the board and it has been destroyed in the previous turn. Dark chocolate can be replaced by other blockers (except marmalade and licorice locks) and vice versa, due to the magic mixer.
Regular chocolate and dark chocolate are independent of each other. Destroying one type of chocolate won't stop the other from spreading if both are on the board. Both types can grow in one move if no chocolate is destroyed at all. Both types can "eat" the same candies, apart from candy frogs.
