Level 505 was the fifth level in Gelato Grotto and the 227th jelly level in Dreamworld. To pass this level, you must clear 46 double jelly squares in 20 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
There are three-layered icing and chocolate that are not present in the Reality counterpart. Moreover, there are double jellies underneath the chocolate and the three layer icing above them. However, clearing any one of the cake bombs will remove the chocolate which is more likely to happen due to the moon scale requiring only three moves to fully charge.
The jellies are worth 90,000 points.[1] Hence, an additional 10,000 points is required to earn one star.

Clear the three-layer icing by special candies or regular matches.
Make many special candies to clear all blockers since there are jellies under them.
Take advantage of the four moon strucks when they occur.
Clear the cake bombs during moon struck for greater effects.
Trivia[]
This level, along with pre-buffed 434, 439, 486, 494, 506, 507, 508, 510, 555, and 567 requires the least number of moves to completely fill up the moon scale, at three moves.
This is one of the levels that is easier in Dreamworld than its counterpart in Reality.
