The level used to have six colours and features thicker icing that a lot more difficult to remove. The formation, from outer ring to inner ring, was 2-3-4 layers.
When this level was first released, it was almost impossible, and was considered a bad boy level, and certainly extremely hard, like the original level 311; even regular Candy Crushers such as Jin Luo took days to finish it.
This was quite possibly harder than the original levels 147 and 167. However, it has since been nerfed twice.
It is very rare for a level to undergo two redesigns. Most levels don't even undergo one redesign. Originally, all of the jellies were double jellies, until 9 of them (located behind the Three-layered icing) became single jellies.
