Level 27 Level 29

Level 28 was the eighth level in Honey Hot Tub and the 14th jelly level in Dreamworld. To pass this level, you must crush 12 double jelly squares in 20 moves or fewer. When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.

DifficultyEdit

  • Since most of the jelly is surrounded by icing, it can be difficult to reach the bottom ones.
  • The jellies are scattered throughout the board, unfortunately not centralized throughout the area.
  • However, during moon struck, there are only four colours, making it much easier than its counterpart in Reality.
  • The jellies are worth 24,000 points.[1] Hence, an additional 1,000 points is required to earn one star.

StrategyEdit

  • Use brute force and break through the icing. Do not forget the two jelly squares near the top of the board that are under the icing.
  • During moon struck, there are just four colours, so combinations will be easily made and there should not be much problem passing the level.

Earning More StarsEdit

DifficultyEdit

  • The presence of five colours makes it easy to create special candies.
  • The jellies are worth 24,000 points. Hence, an additional 46,000 points for two stars and an additional 86,000 points for three stars have to be earned through matching of candies.
  • The two star score requirement is increased by 16.67% [2] compared to its Reality counterpart.
  • The three star score requirement is increased by 10.00% [3] compared to its Reality counterpart. However, it is not too hard due to the moon struck.
  • The regular icing are positioned in such a way which heavily reduce available board space and make them quite hard to clear. Once they are cleared though, cascades can easily occur.
  • With respect to the three star target score, 20 moves are insufficient to boost the score by a huge amount of points to meet that target score. In fact, it is easier to use the 15 regular moves to clear the regular icing so that moon struck makes it easier to special candies and cascades.
  • Moon struck removes candies matching the colour on the left side of the moon scale and lasts for 5 moves. This makes it much easier to create special candies.

NotesEdit

Miscellaneous Info

  1. 12 double jellies × 2,000 points per double jelly = 24,000 points
  2. (70,000 - 60,000) points / 60,000 points × 100% = 16.667%
  3. (110,000 - 100,000) points / 100,000 points × 100% = 10.00%
