All candy bombs must be cleared by manual means because they will detonate before moon struck.
Moon struck will prevent both colours on the moon scale from spawning. If any required colour appears on either side, 6 additional candies have to be collected in addition to the 2 candies the player has to collect four moves after the moon struck.[1][2]
The orders are worth 18,000 points.[3] Hence, an additional 12,000 points is required to earn one star.

Strategy
You want to first focus on removing the bombs with any means possible. The easiest may be vertical striped candies, or bringing a horizontal striped candy to the bottom row in order to remove them all. However, it may be easier and more realistic to simply destroy the blockers around them and match them with normal candies.
Once they are removed, you can focus on the order, which is not too difficult. The only problem you may have is when moon struck occurs, and one of the colours you need are removed from the board. Even so, this is not a huge problem.
Create combinations that keep the Moon Scale balanced and you should have a decent time with this level.
