  • From the release of Bonbon Baths (which was removed alongside Dreamworld), this is the first episode in Reality to be part of a trend in releasing episodes on Wednesdays.
  • This episode continued the trend of no timed levels prior to their removal.
  • This episode finally breaks the trend of no new elements being officially introduced upon release. The conveyor belt was the first new element.
  • This episode is the second episode in the row to have its first and last name starting with the same letters: "S", hence Sour Salon and Sticky Savannah. The first occurrence was with 2 episodes, but with the letter "C": Cupcake Circus and Caramel Cove.
  • This is the first episode to contain a nightmarishly hard level rated "very easy" on the wiki: level 532.
  • Just like the episode Licorice Tower, its episode name was changed to American spelling, as ("Savanna" to "Savannah").
  • This episode's background, map texture and story is reused for Glazed Grasslands.
  • This episode contains the 100th mixed level, which is level 541.
